- Role Overview:
- We are looking for talented Full-Stack Software Engineers with a minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and maintaining production applications. As part of our expanding team, you will play a key role in creating robust, scalable, and intuitive software solutions. Your contributions will directly impact our mission to deliver exceptional user experiences through effective design, helping our customers optimize their processes with reliable and user-friendly software.
- Key Responsibilities:

- • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Ruby on Rails and Hotwire.
- • Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
- • Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases.
- • Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- • Work with cloud technologies to deploy and scale applications.
- • Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.
- Qualifications:

- • Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-stack web development with Ruby on Rails.
- • Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL database design and optimization.
- • Experience with GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD tools.
- • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- • Ability to work effectively in a remote team within European time zones.
- • Bonus: Familiarity with the Shape Up methodology.
